Sourcing to specification
You send model, year, mileage, trim and budget. We search auctions and our dealer network and come back with real options, not screenshots.
South Korea → Worldwide
BONA TRADE sources, inspects and ships vehicles out of South Korea for dealers, importers and brokers worldwide — on clear contract terms.
One counterparty in Korea covering the whole chain — from the first request to the documents that let you clear the vehicle at home.
You send model, year, mileage, trim and budget. We search auctions and our dealer network and come back with real options, not screenshots.
Bidding and buy-out handled by our team on the ground, with the agreed ceiling price fixed in advance.
Every unit is checked before shipment: body, paint thickness, mileage verification, technical condition. You get a detailed photo and video report.
Export certificate, invoice, bill of lading and the accompanying set — prepared and issued on our side before the vessel leaves.
Booking, inland transport inside Korea, loading and shipment to any port you nominate — RoRo or container, depending on volume.
A single contact for your account, working in your time zone and keeping one thread per shipment.
Buying unseen is the part every partner is nervous about. We close it the only way that works: the car is physically examined in Korea before it is paid for in full, and you get the evidence.
The sequence is the same for a single unit and for a batch. Each stage ends with something you can check — a report, a document, a tracking number.
Request terms
You describe what you need and in what volume. We confirm feasibility and the realistic price range for the current market.
We shortlist matching vehicles with auction sheets, condition grades and landed-cost estimates so you can compare like for like.
Before anything is paid in full, the selected unit is physically inspected and documented. If it does not match the sheet, we walk away.
We sign a contract with the price, delivery terms and timeline, and you pay against our invoice.
De-registration, export clearance, inland transport and loading. You receive the booking details and tracking for the vessel.
The full document set is sent as soon as it is issued, so customs clearance on your side starts without waiting.
Export is a trust business. These are the things we put in writing rather than promise verbally.
We are physically where the cars are. Inspections, auctions and paperwork are done by our people, not subcontracted to an unknown middleman.
Every shipment is covered by a contract with fixed obligations on both sides. No verbal agreements about money.
Vehicle price, auction fees, inland transport, our commission and freight are listed separately. No hidden margin added on the way.
Photo and video evidence at inspection and at loading, so you can show your own client exactly what was bought.
Document sets prepared against the import requirements of your destination country, so clearance at your port is not held up by a missing paper.
Regular partners move to standing terms: priority sourcing, agreed commission per unit and consolidated shipments.
Korea is one of the best-connected export origins in the world. Vehicles leave Korea for any port you nominate — RoRo or container, depending on volume.
Six directions, one process. The route and shipping method are chosen for each order — you only tell us the country.
Western, Northern and Southern Europe
The Gulf states and the Levant
North, East and West Africa
The Caucasus and Central Asian markets
South and Southeast Asia, Oceania
Latin America and the Caribbean
Not sure your country is covered? Ask us — we will confirm the route before you commit to anything.
Anything not covered here — write to us directly, we answer with specifics rather than a brochure.
We start from a single unit so a new partner can test the process end to end. Standing terms and priority sourcing begin once shipments become regular.
FOB Korea and CIF to your nominated port are the usual options, wherever in the world that port is. The applicable terms are fixed in the contract for each shipment, together with who carries which cost.
Payment is made by bank transfer against invoice from your company to ours. The split between deposit and balance is agreed before purchase and written into the contract.
Export certificate, commercial invoice, bill of lading and the supporting set required for import clearance. Documents are sent digitally as soon as issued, originals follow by courier.
Inspection happens before shipment precisely so this does not occur. If a discrepancy against the auction sheet is found at that stage, we stop the deal and search for a replacement instead of shipping the unit.
Timing depends on the port, the route and the shipping line's schedule. We confirm the expected window for your specific destination before you commit, and share the booking once it is made.
Tell us what you move and in what volume. We will come back with realistic pricing and the terms we can offer your company.
